April 22nd, 2009I have about 135 entries that span roughly 9 months so far, and I have a glut of new readers. (Thank you for reading, by the way!) This means there’s a lot of this blog that people haven’t explored. I thought I’d share a few of my favorite entries that you might like to check out. To sweeten the deal, I added a random new photo up top. Click the jump for some good reading!
1 ) “Open your eyes.” This is a bit of a mission statement for my blog, and it’s actually my first entry. Hopefully I am keeping on track with this!
2 ) “Your questions answered.” In keeping with that, I try to shed light on that dial on cameras with all the mode options. I think this was my first Q&A.
3 ) “Library treasures.” This post tells you about some really cool books I found at a library. You might not think about it, but libraries can hold some great books that will further your photographic knowledge, and even inspire you more than you might imagine.
4 ) “2008, wow!” My last entry in 2008, and a collection of my favorite shots from the year. I think I will top them in 2009.
5 ) “Parking it.” Yeah, I know this is pretty new. But I’m scared people overlooked it. I really enjoy how the pictures came out, and I just want them to get some attention!
I will do this now and then, especially as my entires mount up. If you have a favorite you’d like to see revisited, let me know!
Thanks again for reading! And keep coming back, I’m just getting started.

I really love your random new photo…and I had not seen that set of photos before…love the photo with her and the umbrella. I am seriously going to ask you to do a photo shoot of various people in profile some day so that I can paint/draw them. So be thinking about it. Hehe.
